This beginner-friendly class is the perfect way to explore the timeless craft of stained glass while making a beautiful, functional nightlight you’ll be proud to take home.

What’s the Nightlight Stained Glass Workshop All About?

In this hands-on, four-hour session, you’ll dive into the basics of the copper foil method—a classic technique used by stained glass artists for generations. You’ll work with recycled glass pieces to design and assemble your own glass panel, keeping things simple and bold with up to 8 shapes in a roughly 4"x4" format.

Scale is set, but theme is up to you!

What Will You Learn?

The workshop will guide you through every step of the stained glass process:

• Glass Scoring & Cutting: Learn how to safely score and cut glass into your chosen shapes.

• Grinding: Smooth and refine the edges for a perfect fit.

• Copper Foil Technique: Wrap your glass pieces with copper foil, prepping them for the final steps.

• Soldering: Use a soldering iron to join your pieces together—then solder your finished panel to a nightlight base!

All Materials Provided—No Experience Needed!

This workshop is open to complete beginners—no prior glass experience is necessary. We provide all the tools and materials you’ll need, plus expert instruction to guide you every step of the way.

Each student may customize their piece!
